These dark chocolate selectors are brimming with Piedmont hazelnuts; world-renowned for their quality and flavour. The naturally sweet profile of the hazelnut not only lifts these dark chocolate morsels – it also adds a bite like no other.

Nestled alongside our hazelnuts is our fiery candied ginger. Although its flavours are feisty, it by no means overpowers the rest of the tastes in our Hazelnut & Ginger Chocolate Selector. Instead, it adds a gentle tingle, leaving your tongue feeling comforted with a warm hug of ginger.

We’ve used 70% dark chocolate in this selector to add a deep, rich cocoa flavour. Although it is not as high in cocoa as our 100% dark, this dark chocolate is perfect for those who are still adjusting to the more bitter, intense notes of dark chocolate. Incredibly smooth, our 70% dark chocolate melts wonderfully if left on the tongue, although we wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to bite into it straight away!
